Mr. Dahle is the Chairman of Snow, Christensen & Martineau's Business Section. He represents clients in a wide range of issues, including choice of entity analysis, creation of new entities, ongoing corporate governance and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business dispute resolution. Mr. Dahle also represents a number of non-profit organizations. Mr. Dahle is a former certified public accountant, having practiced in national as well as local accounting firms before he obtained his law degree.
