Snow Christensen & Martineau Elects Two New Shareholders 2010

Snow Christensen & Martineau is pleased to announce the election of two new shareholders from the firm’s Salt Lake City office.  The new shareholders are P. Matthew Cox, and Derek J. Williams.

Mr. Cox has focused on many areas of lawsuit and dispute resolution, including helping large and small businesses recover outstanding debts and recover assets from insolvent individuals and entities.  He has assisted clients in a broad array of dispute resolution, including claims related to bankruptcy, real estate, intellectual property, product liability, secured transactions, construction and securities, and landlord/tenant issues.

Mr. Williams’ law practice is focused on most areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, product liability, personal injury defense, and adoption law. He has represented various doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care providers involving regulatory, insurance, and professional liability matters. Mr. Williams also represents multiple large retailers against personal injury and premises liability lawsuits.
