Practice in St. George

Salt Lake City, UT – May 1, 2015 – Snow, Christensen & Martineau (‘SCM’) is pleased to announce that experienced business lawyer Steven W. Beckstrom has joined the firm in its St. George office.

Beckstrom, formerly with the law firm of Clarkson Draper & Beckstrom, in St. George, advises clients on all aspects relating to business law, including formation, planning, contracts, and UCC/commercial law.  Beckstrom also has a strong civil litigation practice representing clients in a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to partnership disputes, construction and real estate disputes, mechanic’s liens, and general debt collection matters. Finally, Beckstrom also represents banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions in matters such as real estate foreclosures, contract/loan review, collections, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy.

He received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, and is licensed to practice in Utah and Nevada.
