Scott Young Elected President of Utah Chapter of Federal Bar Association

Snow Christensen & Martineau is pleased to announce that Scott Young has been elected President of the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

The Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is a group of approximately 350 members comprised of federal judges, attorneys in private practice and government service, and students at both the S. J. Quinney College of Law
and the J. Reuben Clark Law School. The Utah Chapter is among the largest and most active of the 90 chapters in the National Federal Bar Association.

Scott Young’s practice focuses on defending governmental entities and employees in civil rights disputes, commercial litigation, and insurance and transportation defense.  Scott also has a special focus on the statistical analysis of statutes, judges, and jurisdictions for his clients.
