Scott H. Martin Awarded 2009 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year

On May 1, 2009, the Utah State Bar Commission honored Snow, Christensen & Martineau attorney Scott H. Martin with the 2009 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award. The award was given in recognition of Mr. Martin’s representation of a non-profit organization in an insurance coverage matter on a pro bono basis.  Mr. Martin dedicated a significant portion of his legal practice in 2008 to what was a very detailed and legally complex case.  He brought the case from its inception all the way to a successful resolution on a widely briefed and argued summary judgment issue.
