SCM Trial Win

SCM attorney Robert B. Cummings recently concluded a three-week jury trial in St. George, Utah for a client facing two felony counts stemming from alleged Medicaid fraud. Robert co-counseled the case with Joseph Low IV out of California. After a hard-fought defense against the State of Utah, the jury found Robert’s client not guilty. Congratulations Robert!
