SCM Attorney Heather White responds to lawsuit filed against Provo City and former Police Chief John King

Government defense attorney Heather S. White held a press conference to respond to a lawsuit against her client Provo City.  Five women filed suit alleging sexual misconduct by Provo’s former Police Chief John King and the city for inaction.  Ms. White announced the allegations against Provo “are inconsistent with what actually occurred.” She added that the city “does not have a culture of harassment or discrimination,” and it “has zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind.”
