Steven W. Beckstrom

Steven Beckstrom is based in our St. George, Utah office. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, construction, real estate, business, and commercial litigation. He also represents both small and large businesses (including banks, credit unions, and financial institutions) in collecting debts and recovering assets. His practice regularly takes him before the bankruptcy court in Utah and Nevada.  Steven has extensive trial experience in both Utah and Nevada. He also advises clients on all aspects of their business, including business formation and planning, contract law, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

    Outside of the office, Steven enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing. He plays competitive soccer and volunteers his time as a soccer coach for several youth soccer teams. Steven also volunteers his time as a board member for the local United Way Dixie organization, presently serving as past-president.
