Stephen began his law career at LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & McRae in New York, New York, where he practiced for eight years before moving to Pittsburgh when LeBoeuf became National Litigation Counsel for ALCOA. Stephen helped establish LeBoeuf’s Pittsburgh office, then moved to Milan, Italy, as European Counsel for ALCOA. He subsequently served for four years as Legal Director for the ACLU of Utah, successfully handling notable civil rights cases involving free speech, religious freedom, and equality.
