Robert W. Thompson

Robert Thompson defends insureds in slip-and-fall, product liability, automobile, trucking, construction injury, construction defect, and other litigation matters.  He also defends insurance companies in first-party actions regarding coverage.  He has resolved cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, motion, bench, and jury trial. 
 
He provides insurance coverage opinions and examinations under oath and assists in dealing with the insured and public adjusters in areas including construction, theft, water, fire, and property losses.
