M. David Steffensen

David Steffensen has a solid clientele base in his estate planning and business law practice. He represents clients with the development of an estate plan which might include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents to best suit their needs. David helps families, individuals, and businesses navigate the many options available. He also counsels clients in probate and trust administration matters.

As a conscientious and resourceful attorney, David strives to solve issues affecting clients in their personal and professional lives. His objective is to help others transform complex business, estate, or dispute issues into practical and straightforward solutions.

Outside of the law, David enjoys his family time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys video games, exercise, and RomComs. Before college, David won several video game tournaments and turned down an offer to play professionally to pursue an education instead. He finds that the strategic and competitive nature of the law better satisfies his need to triumph than his old video games. David is also interested in building computers, cryptocurrency mining, and real estate investing.
