Kim Wilson leads the firm’s credit and financial services practice. He has represented banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of loan documentation, litigation, and loan enforcement matters for more than three decades.
 
Kim’s client roster includes some of the most respected and renowned banks and corporations in the world as well as small and medium sized businesses and financial institutions.

  • Led a litigation team in opposing the sale of a mine and in the defense of scores of related contested matters, adversary proceedings and appeals.

  • Represented a major lender who had financed a $40,000,000 power plant and assisted it in recovery and foreclosure of the asset.
  • Represented two major lenders in connection with their sale of claims in a solvent bankruptcy estate in excess of $25,000,000.
  • Represented a major political figure and former principal of a company in connection with settlement of litigation with the Trustee and in litigation with the press over release of financial documents.
  • Represented a consortium of lenders in protecting their interests in twenty rotary and fixed wing air ambulances in a series of evidentiary and heavily contested confirmation hearings.
