As an advisor and counselor to closely-held businesses, Dennis represents clients in a wide range of issues, including choice of entity analysis, creation of new entities, ongoing corporate governance and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business dispute resolution. He also represents a number of non-profit organizations. Dennis is a former certified public accountant, having practiced in national as well as local accounting firms before he obtained his law degree.
