Dennis Norton’s practice encompasses many unique legal areas with an emphasis on issues involving litigation.
Dennis has extensive experience representing surety and fidelity bond companies, most typically with respect to construction related matters. This work involves completion of construction projects, resolution of performance and payment of bond claims, and marshaling and foreclosure of securities, taken pursuant to general indemnity agreements.
Dennis also represents clients with issues surrounding estate planning.
