D. Jason Hawkins Appointed President of SCM
D. Jason Hawkins, a shareholder at Snow Christensen & Martineau (SCM), was appointed President of the firm on April 26, 2021. He replaces Camille N. Johnson, who was called to serve as Primary general president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our thanks to her for her dedication to the firm; we wish her all the best! Thank you also to Bradley R. Blackham, for his time served as Vice President of the firm.
Jason has been with SCM for twenty years. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation cases involving a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, real property, commercial torts, and professional liability claims, among others. In addition to his litigation practice, Jason also counsels individuals and business entities in the areas of corporate, real estate and contract law.
Jason graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law in 2001. He is recognized as a Utah Legal Elite for Civil Litigation by Utah Business Magazine and as a Utah Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine.
