Congratulations to Heather White and Scott Young for Obtaining a Defense Verdict

Salt Lake County, Utah – on Thursday after a five hour deliberation a federal court jury rendered a defense verdict for Snow, Christensen & Martineau client, West Valley Officer Jared Cardon.

Heather White and Scott Young, attorneys at Snow, Christensen & Martineau represented Officer Cardon during the trial proceedings. Ms. White defended him against allegations that he used excessive force during a traffic stop. The jury presented their unanimous verdict to Judge Bruce Jenkins just after 9:00 pm on Thursday, March 18th.
