Congratulations, Daniel, on Passing the Utah State Bar Exam!

Snow Christensen & Martineau is proud to announce that Daniel R. Robinson has passed the Utah bar exam and joins the firm’s business law group where he will be representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. Daniel will officially be sworn in on October 18, 2022.

Before joining Snow Christensen & Martineau, Daniel worked as a clerk at the law firm of Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendall, and Olson. He also completed a legal externship with Stadler US, working with its in-house counsel.

Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. During Law school, he won the Best Agreement and Best Negotiation awards at the UCLA Transactional Law Competition in 2022.
