Colby Clark and Clint Stewart Join Snow Christensen & Martineau

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (April 29, 2022) – Snow Christensen & Martineau is pleased to announce that lawyers J. Colby Clark and Clinton T. Stewart have joined the firm.

Mr. Clark has joined as a partner in the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. He began his legal career at Ballard Spahr in 2001. He was previously an executive and general counsel for an analytics software start-up as well as an e-commerce fulfillment company, and most recently practiced at Jones Waldo. Mr. Clark represents clients in a broad array of complex business transactions, namely mergers and acquisitions, venture and structured financings, securities and corporate governance,  corporate formations, and all manner of technology and software transfers.

Mr. Stewart has joined as “of counsel” in the Commercial Real Estate Practice. He also recently practiced at Jones Waldo. Mr. Stewart began his legal career in 1995 as in-house counsel at American Stores Company, and several Salt Lake City law firms. He represents national retailers, real estate developers, and owners in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of retail, warehouse/industrial, multi-family, and office properties nationwide.
