Camille Johnson Presents on Best Practices in Drug Testing

Recently, Camille Johnson addressed drug testing policies and best practices, including the pitfalls associated with drug testing, at the Utah Local Government Trust. Camille’s presentation included a review of the Local Governmental Entity Drug-Free Workplace Policies Act, Utah Code Ann. 34-41-101 et seq., which allows, but does not require, a local governmental entity to drug test under certain circumstances.
