Attorney Andrew M. Morse Joins the Trucking Industry Defense Association

Andrew M. Morse, a civil litigator at SCM recently joined the Trucking Industry Defense Association (“TIDA”), an exclusive network of professionals who are committed to reducing the cost of claims and lawsuits against the trucking industry. TIDA members include over 1,600 motor carriers, trucking insurers, defense attorneys and claims servicing companies. The membership criteria for TIDA is set at a high level to ensure that only the most qualified can share in TIDA’s resources.

Andrew defends businesses in the transportation industry (including the nation’s largest trucking company) against personal injury lawsuits involving their drivers and vehicles. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on particularly high-risk lawsuits that wind up in court. Andrew also leads the firm’s Transportation Practice Group.
