Andrew M. Morse Named new President of Snow, Christensen & Martineau

Andrew M. Morse, a shareholder at Snow, Christensen & Martineau, was appointed President of the firm on April 20, 2011.  He succeeds David W. Slaughter, who has served as the firm’s President since 2007 and was recently appointed to serve as Board Chairman.  Mr. Morse specializes in civil defense trial work representing governmental entities and various other concerns.  He and his wife, Leigh Ann, reside in Salt Lake City and are the parents of three children.  Mr. Morse has practiced law at Snow, Christensen & Martineau for 26 years.

Mr. Morse graduated from the University of Vermont in 1977 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.  He then graduated from the Vermont Law School in 1984.  He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters from 1986 to 1991 and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House of Salt Lake City from 2003 to 2004.
