Robert W. Thompson Shareholder

Mr. Thompson defends insureds in slip-and-fall, product liability, automobile, trucking, construction injury, construction defect, and other litigation matters.  He also defends insurance companies in first-party actions regarding coverage.  He has resolved cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, motion, and bench and jury trial.  Mr. Thompson provides insurance coverage opinions, examinations under oath, and assists in dealing with insureds and public adjusters in areas including construction, theft, water, fire, and property losses.  Mr. Thompson also provides assistance to individuals and groups with their music and entertainment law needs.
