Mr. Awerkamp has extensive experience in estate planning including wills, trusts, tax, probate, charitable giving, asset protection and elder law.

As reported in Utah Business Magazine, he was selected by his peers in 2008 and again in 2009 to the Utah Legal Elite in the category of Wills Trusts and Estates. He enjoys helping his clients through this complex area of the law. For his business clients, he offers comprehensive legal services relating to corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and other business entities.

Mr. Awerkamp’s real estate practice includes legal representation, advice, and document drafting for purchases, sales, leases, condominiums, and planned unit developments.
